Returns & Exchanges

We work hard to produce all our goods to the highest standards of quality and are confident that you will be pleased with your purchase, we also want you to be able to try OURVER products totally risk-free. So we’ve made our returns policy as simple as possible, and offer free returns or exchanges on all orders for 14 days after purchase.


Please inform us of your wish to return an item by emailing along with your order number and reason for the return.

To be eligible for a return all items must be returned to us in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all original packaging and their labels intact. Garments returned in any condition other than the original, may not be taken back.


UK customers can use our free Collect+ returns service to send items back to us. Simply Click the link below to generate the pre-paid returns shipping label, place it on your package and drop it to your nearest Collect+ store. You will need to attach this label to the outside of your parcel before dropping it off at your desired location. Please keep your proof of posting receipt until your return is confirmed as received and processed by us.

If you are returning items from outside the UK, return postage is your responsibility and we recommend that garments are packaged well and returned to us using a safe and secure service (the Collect+ service cannot be used outside of the UK). For your safety, we recommend that you use a tracked or signature service that allows you to obtain a tracking number. That way, the carrier will refund your loss should anything happen to the parcel on the way back to us.
Please keep your proof of posting receipt, as customers parcels remain their responsibility until the return is confirmed as received and processed by us.


In case of an exchange, please make sure to specify the size and colour of the desired replacement item(s).
All exchanges are based on stock availability.

The exchange item(s) are sent out as soon as the returned goods have been received, processed and approved.

We will cover the shipping cost of replacement item(s).


If all of the above conditions have been met and in the event that a refund is required, it will be issued in the same way, as the original payment was made and take 5-10 business days from processing to show up on your account.
