Shipping to the EU

To our EU friends.

We couldn't be more disappointed to have left the EU from both a business perspective and a personal one.

We are still learning just what this means for us and for you, our valued customers. Our understanding is that in most cases this will likely result in customs duty/excise duty and/or import VAT charges on your order shipment once received.

Unfortunately, as a very small business, we are unable to absorb these costs ourselves and therefore all EU orders will be shipped DDU (Delivered-Duty-Unpaid).

This simply means that the seller (us) agrees to pay all costs and suffer any potential losses of moving goods sold to a specific location. And the buyer (you) is responsible for paying import duty and any applicable taxes, including clearance and local taxes, once the shipment has arrived at the specified destination.

If returning an order, we recommend marking your parcel as “Returned Goods” clearly on the outer packaging and include a commercial invoice showing it’s a return to avoid any additional charges and delays getting your return back to us.

If you would like any further information then please don't hesitate in reaching out at and we'll do our best to help.

Thanks for your support.
