During the present circumstances, we have extended our returns period to 28 days.

We work hard to produce all our goods to the highest standards of quality and are confident that you will be pleased with your purchase.

If you are in any way unhappy with your goods, we will be happy to refund or exchange any item(s) purchased directly from our website.

RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE

Please inform us of your wish to return an item by emailing info@ourver.com along with your order number and reason for the return.

To be eligible for a return all items must be returned to us within 28 days of dispatch in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all original packaging and their labels intact.

Garments returned in any condition other than the original, may not be taken back.

we kindly ask customers to give a reason for the return in order to help us improve in the future.

UK RETURNS

Unfortunately, at this present time, we can no longer cover the cost of UK returns. Therefore, return postage for refunds and exchanges will be your responsibility.
A return address label can be found on your invoice. You will need to attach this label to the outside of your parcel before leaving it with your courier/postal service.

Please keep your proof of posting receipt, as customers parcels remain their responsibility until the return is confirmed as received and processed by us.

EU & ROW RETURNS

For items returned from outside the UK, return postage is your responsibility. A return address label can be found on your invoice.
When returning items from outside the UK you MUST clearly indicate that they are “RETURNED GOODS” prominently above the return address label and declare the goods as returns to the couriers. This will prevent your return from being delayed by UK customs, allowing us to process it far more quickly.

For your safety, we recommend that garments are packaged well and returned to us using a courier service such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, DPD, TNT that allows you to obtain a tracking number. That way, the carrier should refund your loss should anything happen to the parcel on the way back to us.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Refunds exclude all shipping costs. Exchanges are only offered for the same style in a different size or colour. If you wish to exchange for a different style we ask that you request a refund and place a new order for the new item. 

In case of an exchange, please make sure to specify the size and colour of the desired replacement item(s).

All exchanges are based on stock availability.

The exchange item(s) are sent out as soon as the returned goods have been received, processed and approved.

If all of the above conditions have been met and in the event that a refund is required, it will be issued in the same way, as the original payment was made and can take 5-10 business days from processing to show up on your account.
